Our Flow

At YogaHabits.blog, our mission is to help you find peace, balance, and strength in a busy world. Life can feel overwhelming, but through mindful movement, intentional breath, and spiritual grounding, yoga becomes a tool to reconnect with yourself and with God.

I teach Yin, Vinyasa, Power, Chair Yoga, and Meditation, offering private sessions in person and on Zoom. Each class is tailored to meet your needs — whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, release tension, or simply create a calm space in your day. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where every body feels empowered, every mind feels rested, and every spirit feels nourished.

As a Christian-based instructor, I believe that faith and mindfulness go hand in hand. Yoga is not just about movement — it’s about cultivating awareness, gratitude, and inner peace that carries off the mat into everyday life. My teaching is rooted in this philosophy, helping students navigate stress, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.

Outside the studio, I’m a wife, mom, and dog lover, navigating the joys and challenges of life alongside my family. I bring this real-world perspective into every class, understanding that yoga is most powerful when it fits into your life, supports your wellness goals, and inspires meaningful connection.

Our mission is simple: to make yoga accessible, empowering, and restorative for everyone — providing tools to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and live intentionally.
