Classes
I offer private and group yoga sessions designed to help you find balance, strength, and calm in your life. Each class is tailored to your needs and experience level, whether in person or on Zoom, so you can move mindfully, breathe deeply, and feel supported every step of the way.

YinYoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on stretching and targeting the deep connective tissues of the body, like ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are typically held for 3–5 minutes (or longer), allowing for deep release, improved flexibility, and increased circulation. Yin Yoga emphasizes relaxation, mindfulness, and inner stillness, making it an excellent complement to more active yoga styles or busy lifestyles.
Props Needed:
-
Yoga mat – for comfort and grip
-
Yoga blocks – to support hips, spine, or shoulders in poses
-
Yoga bolster or firm pillow – for added support in seated or reclined positions
-
Yoga strap or belt – to gently extend reach in stretches
-
Blanket or folded towel – for warmth and cushioning under knees, hips, or back

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a dynamic and energetic style of yoga that combines strength, flexibility, and endurance. It focuses on building core strength, balance, and stamina while linking breath with movement in a flowing sequence. This practice is designed to challenge the body, energize the mind, and release tension, making it perfect for those looking for a more active, fitness-oriented yoga experience.
Props Needed:
-
Yoga mat – for grip and comfort
-
Yoga blocks – optional, for alignment and support
-
Yoga strap – optional, to deepen stretches
-
Towel or mat cover – optional, for sweat absorption in vigorous flows
-
Water bottle – recommended to stay hydrated

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga designed for those who may need extra support, have limited mobility, or prefer a more restorative practice. Using a chair for stability, this style focuses on stretching, strengthening, and improving balance, while still promoting mindfulness, breathwork, and relaxation. It’s perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking for a safe and supportive yoga experience.
Props Needed:
-
Sturdy chair – without wheels, for support and safety
-
Yoga mat – optional, placed under the chair for stability and comfort
-
Yoga blocks – optional, for additional support in seated or standing stretches
-
Strap or belt – optional, to assist with gentle stretches
-
Blanket or towel – optional, for added comfort or cushioning
About
My name is Sierra Perry
I’m a yoga teacher, a wife, and a mom to a lively toddler. Life is busy, full of love, and sometimes a little chaotic — but yoga has always been my anchor. My teaching is rooted in my faith as a Christian, and I love guiding others to ground themselves, find peace, and reconnect with God in the midst of life’s stress.
I am certified in Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Chair Yoga, and I’m currently working on Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I teach a variety of classes, including Yin, Vinyasa, Power, Chair, and Meditation, tailoring each session to meet your needs and help you feel centered, strong, and balanced. My favorite part of teaching is seeing people step onto the mat and leave feeling calmer, more present, and empowered.
Before teaching yoga, I worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant, which gave me a deep understanding of the body and how to move safely. I’ve also gained experience working in Sales, at a gym, Dorney Park, and running my in-home daycare — all of which have shaped my approach to wellness and mindfulness in everyday life.
Outside of yoga, I love spending time with my family, going to farmers markets and farms, exploring theme parks, kayaking, biking, and playing frisbee golf, or just relaxing at home watching Survivor. I also prioritize faith and prayer, attending church regularly, and weaving mindfulness into all aspects of life.
Yoga isn’t just a practice for me — it’s a way to navigate life’s challenges with peace, presence, and intention. I’m so grateful to share this journey with others and help them find balance, strength, and calm in a hectic world.
